The Upgrader: Small Group course is for you if:
- you are navigating through changes in your life and you’re looking for a process, support, community.
- you want to make yourself a priority but you don’t know how.
- you want to go from living a life by default to a life by design.
- you want to break away from what society tells you you should be doing and follow the guidance of your inner wisdom.
The Upgrader: Small Group course lay-out:
- Facebook Live call every Saturday morning from 9:00 - 10:00 am EST
- After the call, you will receive an email with:
- Your homework for the week
- Your guided meditation for the week
- Optional Supplemental Resources
- Access to a Closed Facebook group to pose questions and share stories
Week 1: Your emotions

Week 6: Finding relief
- Your feelings and emotions are real and deserve to be acknowledged.
- Topics discussed:
- Identifying your emotions
- Recognizing where your emotions show up in your body
- Practicing non-judgment
- Giving yourself space to feel and process your emotions
Week 2: Other people’s emotions
- Other people are allowed to have and express their emotions and feelings.
- Topics discussed
- Identifying how you feel when others express their emotions
- Recognizing where your emotions show up in your body
Week 3: Creating boundaries/ Saying "No"
- The word “no” is a complete sentence. Establishing boundaries is an essential part of self care.
- Topics discussed:
- Discovering what you do and don’t like about your daily activities
- Identifying your emotions about doing activities you don’t like
- Identifying your emotions when you say “no”
- Discovering how to feel okay saying “no”
Week 4: Living guilt-free
- Others may have an emotional response to your boundaries and that’s none of your business.
- Topics discussed:
- Discovering why you do things you know you don’t enjoy.
- Learning to acknowledge the discomfort of setting boundaries and do it anyway.
- Reconciling the emotional bank accounts in your relationships.
- Increasing awareness of your human needs
Week 5: Your inner expert
- Only you know what you need for self care.
- Topics discussed:
- Identifying and recognizing your inner wisdom
- Learning how to hear your inner wisdom more clearly
- Discovering ways to stay in touch with your inner wisdom
Week 6: Finding relief
- Relief is the goal, not happiness.
- Topics discussed:
- Identifying areas of your life in which you want relief
- Practicing strategies that provide relief
- Recognizing your personal growth
